Covid-19 update June 2021:
The CSM will take place as planned if the Coronavirus measures in Bordeaux in August 2021 allow it.
Otherwise the down-payments of the registered participants will be reimbursed.
The number of participants will be limited if necessary.
CONDITIONS
1. Dates
21/08/2021 - 27/08/2021
Arrival: Saturday after 14 h 00
Departure: Saturday before 10 h 00
(special arrangements on request)
2. Participation fee
Non-profit fee of 560 € per week and participant
2.1. Included in the fee:
- transfer from and to train station on arrival and departure day
- accommodation and full board for seven days
- BBQ on Friday night
- use of installations and participation in the adequate activities
- parking on premises
2.2. not included in the fee
Transport between participant's home and Bordeaux
Special drinks
Insurance
Horsy Hema (160 €)
Care of participants' horses
3. Inscriptions and payment
Payment schedule:
50 % (280 €) on inscription
50 % (280 €) at the latest 7 days before start of the CSM
4. Cancellation policy
Complete refund of deposit if cancelled by the participant more than 30 days before start of the CSM.
No refund if cancelled at a later moment.
4.1. Covid-19 cancellation
If the CSM can not take place because of Covid-19 lock-down restrictions in Bordeaux, the refund will be automatically issued.
5. Preliminary requirements
The minimum age of the participants is 18 years (except if one parent is also participating).
All participants must present a medical certificate and must be covered by a personal health and accident insurance.
The Organisers of the CSM are not responsible for any injuries, damage or theft.
6. Equipment and safety
Participants must bring adequate equipment
• clothes and shoes for indoor and outdoor activities (no outdoor shoes inside the training room)
• protective gear such as a fencing mask, protective cup, fencing jacket, gloves...
• simulators (metal/nylon/wood ...)
No sharp weapons for sparring, only for cutting exercises.
During the activities, simulators should be paired according to their type.
No protective equipment will be provided.
Bows, crossbows and arrows as well as a limited number of nylon simulators and staffs are available.
Dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated in any way.
Unsafe behaviour will result in complete exclusion from the activities.
Exemplary attitude is asked from every participant in order to ensure the success of the CSM.
7. Time schedule
Saturday: Arrival after 14h00, activities* until 22h00.
Sunday to Thursday: activities* from 7h00 to 22h00.
Friday: activities* from 7h00 to 19h00
20h00: BBQ and CSM chill-out party
Saturday: departure until 10h00.
